#1 different rings at different times

vbox used to have the feature to specify time ranges
with different amounts of rings.

Example:

My "office" time is from 9am to 4pm, so I normally
don't need the voicebox, so I would set the amount of
rings to 15.

But after 4pm to 9am, there is nobody there to answer
the phone, so I would set the amount of rings to 3.

One could even go as far, as specifying severy
welcome-messages per time, for example a normal
greeting of beeing away between 9am and 4pm and another
message which tells the caller about the office times,
if he calls between 4pm and 9am.
