#9 Update Moved File Locations

Provide ability to do a global search and replace for
file locations.

For example, if a portion of your music files were
saved in:
c:\mymusic
and you later moved them to:
c:\data\music
The program would do a search for all locations of
c:\mymusic and replace it with c:\data\music.
