#12 Command Line Option - Change grouping for given song

Primarily an option for Podcast usage:

When given the full path to a song and a Grouping Name,
the song Grouping value is changed to match whatever is
passed.

This way Podcasts can be forced into a standardized
group (such as Podcasts) and hence smart playlists can
be created to only show that group.
