In the example on that page is shows the command:
run.bat E:\ipod_control\itunes\itunesdb
So this runs the batch file that comes with the release (in
the binary release its in the base directory), and tells
the parser the db is at E:\ipod_control\itunes\itunesdb.

You shouldnt have to actaully change any of the
configuration. All you should have to do is tell the parser
where there itunesdb itself is.
