#675 install problem

I am trying to install itrade 0.4.6 in ubuntu hardy.

I have, in ubuntu hardy,:
- Python 2.5.2
- python-wxgtk2.8
- matplotlib 0.91.2
- numpy-1.0.4-6
- xlrd-0.6.1

I've had problems installing xlrd -- the install instructions were not very clear to me. Nevertheless, I was able to install it eventually.

After issuing the python ./itrade.py command, I got this: "ImportError: No module named wxaddons.sized_controls"

I'd appreciate very much some help.
