#38 Organizations/Groups/Users and Admin Concept

Talking about Groups, I would also suggest that we might bring up a concept of "multiple organizations", "groups", "users" and "organization admins" (that can add users to their organinzation). The idea would be that multiple organizations use the itracker and each organization manages it's own user base. Projects could be shared among multiple organizations... (similar to the concept seen in many LDAP directories).
