After fixing URL-path to view_issue.do, on assign-notification the url is broken. Protocol, port and hostname missing. From notification text:
"... Please logon to ITracker (/module-projects/view_issue.jsp?id=48141&authtype=5) to check the status of this issue ...."

Can you please provide a use case that explains me how I can repeat this bug report? ("click there, then there, type this, click there..." or "user wants to view an issue and assign it to somebody else")
