Installed IT++ in windows and used with Eclip

Hi, I am not very familiar with tools.

Is it possible I use the it++ with Eclipse
in windows platform.

I don't know how can I installed it.

I don't have MKL and ACML. Do I need buy it?

Could anyone help me, just give a simple way to use the it++
in my project develop in Eclipse?
