New IT++ release

    Thank you for the latest IT++ release. I have just packaged it for
    Debian. Following processing by the FTP team, it should be available
    in unstable soon.

    I have the following complaints though:

    • The website: Really, http://itpp.sf.net should give something more
      than an error message. It should redirect to the current home
      page. Even as a long time user, I often find myself visiting
      http://itpp.sf.net and getting confused as to whether the project has
      moved or is dead. Please fix this.
    • itpp-config is no longer installed. I don't know if this was
      deliberate or if this is a regression, but it was quite useful to
      have. People could live without it, though.

    Thanks for making the new release.

    The first issue has been already reported to site maintainers. For the second, it is indeed a regression, please open a bug report.
