#1979 CKEditor - code snippet - highlight.js: reconsider languages

It would be nice if the languages could be reconsidered.
I assume it now uses the basic highlight.js pack: https://highlightjs.org/download/ (highlight.pack.js). But it also nedds an alteration in ckeditor.js

A lot of languages are not common at all, but PowerShell is, a batch file is still relevant too, perhaps even an Excel formula, ...
