Unable to update extensions

    Hello,

    I'm using iTop 2.7.5-1 and I want to upgrade to 3.0. Before upgrade I want to update my installed extensions to the latest versions.

    On iTop Hub, I select My instance and click on the update to a newer version in the list of extensions. In the pop-up I click on "Install now". The redirector is redirecting to my instance and I need to login (?). After logging in as admin nothing happens and the extension is not updated.

    What can I do? How to update the extensions?

    Hello,
    Do you have anything in log/error.log ?
    Does a reverse proxy exists in front of the webserver hosting iTop ?
    What authentication mechanism are you using ?

    Also if nothing work, you can still update the modules manually. See Install extensions or additional modules

    There's nothing in the logs, and yes I'm using a reverse proxy.

    I managed to solve this by updating the modules manually.
