We have iTop 2.7.8 and use SMTP with Oauth over Microsoft 365.
The configuration work fine yesterday, but now every mail send automatically result on this error :
Remote server returned '554 5.6.0 Corrupt message content; STOREDRV.Deliver.Exception:ConversionFailedException; Failed to process message due to a permanent exception with message [BeginDiagnosticData]Content conversion: Corrupt summary TNEF content. ConversionFailedException: Content conversion: Corrupt summary TNEF content.[EndDiagnosticData][Stage: PromoteCreateReplay]'
So actually none of the recipient receive the notification email.
The most disturbing is that the email test page work fine and the test email is correctly received.
I have tried to modify the notification action to simplify the email sent, with no success.
Has anybody ever encountered this issue ?

After more test, the problem sems to be the SMTP_Oauth.
With a simple SMTP configuration over smtp.office365.com and user/password it's work fine.
It's a temporary solution, but the goal is to use Oauth for SMTP.
