itop 2.0 install error

  • Anonymous - 2012-12-17

If I ran through install wizard, /itop/pages/UI.php give me a  HTTP ERROR 500(Internal Server Error).
I am sure my LAMP server is running ok with other web apps like wordpress.
Is anyone here had same issue with me ?
    How to troubleshooting?

The web server can generate a 500 error for many reasons, however in troubleshooting my error with UI.php, I think there is either a problem with available memory or a function in UI.php.  If I get some time later, I will try to get more information.

    Hi Martin,

Can you have a look at the web server's log file? Is there any error message in it?
Or adjust you PHP configuration in to set display_errors=On in order to see the error.

I had the same problem when I copying files in the directory iTOP, files do not have the correct permissions.
