iTop not loading images in logs sometimes

My team at work and I have been using itop for a few years and for some reason a few months ago itop stopped loading some images in the logs. I've been looking for a solution for a long time, but I haven't found anything that could help. Basically he uploads the images to the logs and they only appear to him and not to other people. I'll attach his screenshot and mine

Is your person in the same "Organization" in iTop as your team member?

What's your current iTop version?

      yeah, we both have admin privileges, i was thinking it might be related with server issues, because this bug only happens sometimes
