#2 Super User responsibility assignment

Super User privilages should be able to be given to
certain users who should be allowed to view all tasks
in the system.
A higher level Admin privilage, like a Sys Admin type
user should be able to see other people's tasks as
well as see varios other usefull reports on the
system, such as usage statistics and late or dead(old)
tasks in the system, etc.
