#15 Ability to keep a task assignment/completion metric/history

It would be nice as a configuration option to be able
to keep a history of tasks that have been completed.
Perhaps completed tasks could be moved to another
table, or an accumulation table which could gather
statistics on how often a user completes tasks on time,
etc...
