E-mail lists created

I have created two e-mail lists: the first for beta testers, the second for announcements to those interested in updates marking our progress towards a 1.0 release. The lists may take up to 24 hours setup time. I anticipate they will be up at the latest by 4 PM (East Coast time) on Thursday, June 24.
