I forgot that the progress bar does not line up with the box element in  
Panther. I'm going to take care of that in the next version (most  
likely 0.9). I'm going to use the default look and feel for Panther in  
Jaguar. They should then line up for both.

Little things like that annoy me, too.

Anyway, I think the delay on the first backup (for a small percentage  
of "unlucky" users) is going to remain.
