#4 original File could not be found

I have 7500 songs in my itunes library, when I run itlu some of the songs in itunes are marked with a exclamation mark, then the song is added again. I haven't moved or altered the original file so I don't understand what is causing this.

Is there any logging I can enable which will show me what itunes/itlu thinks is wrong?
