#13 Not working with iTunes 7.3.2.6

I'm on Windows 2000 w/ .Net Framework 2.0 and cannot get this product to work. I continuously get the error prompt: "No Disk - There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive\Device\Harddisk2\DR13." Can you advise?? Thanks.
