Hello ITK-Snappers,
When I got the image manually segmented using "update mesh" I render the 3D model on the rendering window.
there is a need of having the actual orientation of the model! in the 3D view, even the Anterior/Posterior direction are really difficult to figure out. What about using optional arrows of different colours to give the impression? or an optional 3D rotating skull, skeleton/whatever?

I actually need for my tests the exact coordinates (coronal, axial, sagittal) pointed by the crosshairs, and the angles of orientation of the rendering on a file (probably a generic users doesn't need to save those on a file). So probably a "do it by yourself" might be the appropriate answer for it... but can you give me an hand of doing that?

The idea is to place a button somewhere, and save those numbers on a file. You guys know ITK-Snap code much better then me (I actually don't know it at all), so can you please give me a raw quick advice on a quick way of adding the button (which files I have to modify, and how), and retrieve coordinates of crosshair, and orientation of the rendering 3D image?
It will be great and strongly appreciated if you can give me an hand for this, it will take it forever for me to figure it out by myself (I've already tried) :-(

cheers,
Mauro
