#37 Updating Mesh and Resetting Orientation

Hi,

Could you make it so that clicking on "update mesh" doesn't reset the orientation of the model? It the moment, when you're working on manual segmentation every time you update the mesh to view the effects of changes, you also have to redo the zoom and viewing direction to see the results of the updates. Which becomes a pain after a while...

Possibly a check box on the Display Options menu?
