#35 Button to Exchange Active and Drawing Labels

Dear ITKSnap team,
thanks for the effort to improve this great, easy to use, and friendly application. I would like to suggest a feature, which I think many will find useful, hoping to see it in the next release.
At "segmentation options", upon pressing the "brush tool", it would be very handy to have a button to switch the "active drawing label" and the "draw over" label, instead of going to the list and selecting a label each and every time.
This would be handy specially at using a clear label and any other label.
