Opening a single DICOM file crashes snap 3.0, passing the same image on the command line displays it.

This file breaks the DICOM parser because it is missing some standard DICOM tags (Acquisition Number, 0020:0012). I've created a fix (commit 1cdb0f9). The user can now choose between loading a single DICOM file and a DICOM series
