When loading grayscale image in ITKsnap 2.2. in Mac OSX 10.8.5, upper half o the image will be cut off sharply, so that only the lower half of of the image is visible. The loaded image is in .nii format. The image is relatively large, with over 200 units in each dimension. ITKsnap was working properly previously on this machine, but it starts doing that all of a sudden this morning.

I have tested to load the image in Ubuntu 12.04, no problem exists. It is also unlikely that the image is corrupted, as I have double checked the hash value.

Could there be a setting issue? Reinstalling (completely removing ITKsnap, even the settings /Library) did not seem to help.

Thanks.
