#103 Wrong image order when reading DICOM Series

In some cases the image ordering is wrong when loading a DICOM series. The attached files store the same DICOM series with different filenames - in one case the slice number is 0-padded. Both directories, when loaded, should show a volume with increasing values (10 times the slice number), but they don't.
