#2 section pulldown compatible with context

Jerome,
It would be very nice to enable the section pulldown to recognise
conTeXt section commands. These have the reference in the
opposite order to laTeX. eg.

\section[sec:intro]{Introduction}
\subsection[subsec:intro]{Subsection}

In metapost it would be really nice to recognise the beginfig
statement. That would speed up finding the picture tremendously.
I currently have to add a mark for this.
