[Iterm-discuss] Auto-raising windows with mouse focus

I've been using iTerm for about a week, now.  It fixes almost every
complaint I've had about Terminal.app.

I was happy to see a setting for focus-follows-mouse, but auto-raising
was missing.  I have a patch against the 0.10.x branch I can send if
you might be willing to take a look at it.  It includes preference
pane controls, and a delay setting like most Linux window managers
have.
