[Iterm-discuss] Minimize doesn't work after toggling Full Screen

I'm using 0.10 on 10.6.  I haven't noticed this particular problem in
older releases.

If I use <cmd>-<enter> to make an iTerm window full screen, then use the
same command to return it to normal size, the "minimize" button is greyed
out, along with the "minimize" option in the "Window" menu.
