It is, I believe, installed by default in iTerm.  From the "Bookmarks"
menu, choose "Manage Profiles" and expand the "Keyboard Profiles" item.

Thanks...  I snatched that up a few years ago when EMS was my day job.  I
also managed to grab squad51.net.
