#870 fullscreen: don't hide dock if it's not on the same monitor

I have two monitors. fullscreen mode causes iterm to take up one whole monitor. currently it unconditionally hides the dock when in full screen mode. It should only hide the dock if the dock overlaps the fullscreen's presentation, i.e., if it's on the same monitor.
