#856 Bookmark default setting for "new tab" vs. "new window"

It would be great to be able to set the default behavior for bookmarks so that they would either open as a new window, or alternatively as a new tab. If I understand things right now, the default behavior is for each new bookmark to open as a new tab. To open a new window the user holds down the Option key while doing the menu selection. I would like to be able to select the default to be the opposite. This could either be done globally for all bookmarks so that the current behavior is just reversed. Or, it could be done on a bookmark-by-bookmark basis when the bookmark is created.

Thanks for considering this option amongst the many things that are desired.
