#851 Native mouse insertion cursor on dark backgrounds

The native mouse cursor coloring makes the insertion point on dark backgrounds placed in a misleading position. I understand that there was some difficulty in the past to try and resolve this issue, but perhaps Apple has now exposed the appropriate hooks to allow you to set the mouse insertion cursor to something more accurate based on the colors selected.
