I've made a Traditional Chinese Localization for iTerm 0.9.6

Installation Package is available for download here:

Well, if you'd like to add this into the iTerm Localization list, I would be happy :)

  btw, I'm not sure if the 0.9.5 localization is fit-able to 0.9.6, so I made this without researching the differences between 0.9.5 and 0.9.6 :p
