#1624 Hotkey window is missing the first line of the console text

ITerm2 Build 1.0.0.20120203

1. Open Hotkey window
2. The Apple Menubar is covering the top line of text.
3. Hide the Hotkey window.
4. Open Hotkey window and the first line of text is now visible.

the top line of text should be visible.
