In OSX Lion the term window shrinks when a new tab is opened. Besides having to resize the window again, this also causes a Growl message for each existing tab.
I'm running iTerm.app Build 0.10 on Mac OS X Lion 10.7 (11A511)
Only happens when Settings > General > Show scroll bars is set to "When scrolling"

You seem to have CSS turned off. Please don't fill out this field.
Note for everyone: this is fixed in iTerm2 fork (www.iterm2.com), so there's really not much point to use the outdated iTerm
