[Italk-devel] Holding options in the registry and Debug console.

I've committed some another code.
Now WIN32_SERVICE -
- holds options in the registry.
- has Debug Console.

I guess that minimul requirement for actual use is now filled.
Umm... I wonder how slow I am to do all that simple things.

Anyway I'll carry on.
