[Italk-devel] DNS timeout added to inidwin

Added DNS timeout patch by Takeshima to inidwin.

I checked it and it seemed to work fairly.

But I noticed DNS lookup is a bit slow with current code.
To improve, timeout value passed to select should be
divided into shorter periods, at lease when any lookup 
task is pending.
