[Italk-devel] commit -m inidwin as service

Hello.

I've committed some code to make inidwin able to run as a service.
Some document is in inid/Windows/w32memo.txt (in Japanese)

Now I suppose that we need to discuss how to maintain
service's configuration.
Store as a command-line in the registry?
Or as a file, say named inid.cnf at %SystemRoot%\System32 ?
What do you think.
