I can connect to student's computers, I can send them messages but I see black screens and only the mouse pointers on these screens.The mouse pointers are freezed.
The iTALC version I use is 1.0.13, 32bit
The os is win 7 32bit (teacher and students).

You use v1.0.13? This is really outdated and no longer supported! Use v2.0.2 instead.
v1 doesn't work in service mode on Windows Vista and higher.
