I am new to sourceforge and IT in general. I like the concept of iTALC for my computer lab classroom, but am trying to test drive it and my computer won't open a .bz2 file.
We have just changed the way we filter internet content, but I don't get a blocked signal on this.
Any advice? Or is this really a job for programmers?

bz2 is bzip-format. If you use linux then install the tool with your package manager. if you use windows, you can unzip it with 7zip. But as Excal7ibur said, if Windows, then use the setup installer exe.
