Problems Update ItalC v.2.0

    Hello friends again,
    I have worked perfectly with italc v 1.0.13, I trying to update  V.2.0 two teams (1 Master- 1 Client) and I can not see the client.

    VNC connection log = failed: Your Connection Has Been Rejected.

    Firewall is disabled.
    2 PC´s Windows XP user= administrator

    In the master when it generates the public keys for export to the client, I've done in several ways:

    Launch key file - Create new access keys (master computer)
    Select user role -
    support team member

    I exported as "teacher" and again as "other", but it still fails to connect and I can not connect to the client.

    Any ideas?

    you also need to select your 'role' in the Master computer when you see the clients.
    Go to 'Settings' (tabs on the left) and check your role is 'Teacher' (same as when you created the key)..
