IT4School-0.4 is released

This is the first beta release of IT4School. It fixed many bugs, and the system now is stable. The chatroom and attendence tracking features are added in this release as well.

Just a reminder, IT4School is a package to bring the schoole administrative as well as collaboratin processes on-line. It emphasis more on integrating with existing school informations systems , such as LDAP, Novell NDS, MS Access, and SASIxp, and brings the complete workflow of assignment/homework on-line.
