[it-dashboard-developers] Reorganizing SVN structure

As of last Friday I have updated the SVN structure such that it has a 
more standard structure. Changes made were as follows

Created a new folder at the top level named trunk.
Moved all existing folders EXCEPT tags into trunk.
Created an additional top-level folder named branches.
