mbsync not obtaining recent emails

Hi,

I'm trying to setup mbsync for my fastmail account. I successfully created a channel and a Near and Far store, and i successfully ran `mbsync -a`. However, the emails that got pulled were an archived copy of my inbox from March 04, and the emails are wildly out of date. How do I get mbsync to pull the most recent emails from my folders?
help me, i googled around and found nothing
