  Modified files:

  Log:
  fixed these makefiles, they couldn't find the libgk.so because they
  were looking in top_srcdir (root of project), rather than topdir
  (where you ran configure).
  
  this fixes the samples for the case when configure in run from a
  different directory than project root.
