[ISUGameDev-annc] tonights meeting

hi all-

there were some great game ideas presented tonight. i must say i'm excited
for what we have in store for us for the rest of the year. we stil have
about 4 more game designs to hit next week. after that we'll have
everyone vote on their favorite game designs and we'll go from there.

i would like to ask all of you to email me (ga...@ia...) your
design documents so we can post them on the web for everybody to read. in
the future if anybody randomly comes up with a cool game design, we can
throw it on the web so that we have a large database of cool ideas we can
work with and to give us creative inspiration.

by the way, for those of you that have not signed up for an account with
sourceforge, you'll be hurting for one pretty soon. go to
www.sourceforge.net (or www.sf.net) and sign up for an account (free!).
then email ga...@ia... with your new username and we'll add you in
as developers to our sourceforge project. this will give you the ability
to work on code once we pick our game projects.

also, i highly recommend using the isu...@li... mailing
list to discuss the game designs that were presented tonight as well as
the ones that will be posted to the web shortly. i think the discussion
surrounding the designs posted tonight were excellent and would love to
see them continue online.
