[Isugamedev-midworld] how to get the new loom dependency

Josh is just about to commit midworld to a dependency on the Loom AI 
library <http://ailoom.sf.net> Midworld will be dependent on version 
0.0.2 of Loom.

For those of you windows users, I added it to the zip of all Midworld 
dependencies which you can grab at

http://isugamdev.sf.net/midworld/data/midworld-deps.zip

For those of you Linux users, it uses an SCons build system. You can 
build and install it with

$ scons
$ scons install prefix=/somewhere/if/not/at/usr
