[Isugamedev-midworld] win32 dependencies zip online

Since I managed to get OpenSG to build in VS.NET, I've uploaded a zip of 
all the dependencies to isugamedev.sf.net. You can grab it at:

Remember that all of the media required to _run_ the game can be 
downloaded from the web site at:

http://isugamedev.sf.net/midworld/data/resources.zip

Happy coding! Remember that we've got until ~Nov 10 to finish AND
