[Isugamedev-midworld] started midworld web site

I threw together a simple Midworld web site so we can manage our content a
little and so we have something to point people to. It all works directly
out of CVS through some fun viewcvs magic. I am not attached to the
design, so if anybody who actually has graphical design sense wants to
tear it apart ... please do!
